Hammersmith Planning Permission

Hammersmith & Fulham Council have granted planning permission for Hamiltons’ building on the TfL site in the centre of Hammersmith. After a long and sometimes heated debate the Committee voted in favour of the application.

The scheme contains office space, restaurants and an “Everyman” cinema. The curved form of the building is designed to reduce the impact within the existing townscape and the design sits in dramatic contrast to neighbouring buildings.

The team will now move forward to Stage D design with the intention of starting on site in the spring of next year.
