London Borough of Tower Hamlets’ planning committee have resolved to grant planning permission, stating that the ‘amenity and open space was to be applauded’.
The committee took less than 1/2 hour to conclude that the scheme was worthy of approval, after a mere 3 months from planning submission. Hamiltons have worked closely with LBTH and the GLA over the last year, achieving the full support of the case officers.
Stages D & E are expected to commence imminently with commencement on site due before the end of this year.
