This 29-storey building is to be part of a cluster on Snowhill Queensway forming a new gateway to Birmingham. The building comprises 37,500m2 of office accommodation, 1,500m2 of single and double height retail space and three levels of basement parking.
The project is Hamiltons? second tall building commission in Birmingham and uses the extensive expertise within the practice on high-rise office and residential buildings.
