Harlow

The site was originally planned as a series of small industrial units. One of the UK’s largest electrical retailers took the site and specified one large unit for use as a distribution centre. The design was led by the complex and intense operational demands of the tenant; needing to be fully operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A bespoke fire strategy needed to be devised to accommodate the size, scale and operational capacity of the scheme.
