Chelsea Wharf, London /
Chelsea Wharf is a development of 12 high quality apartments overlooking the river and ranging in size from 150 -310 sq m.
The original building on the site was a concrete grain silo, which presented a highly industrial face to the park adjacent to it and in longer views along the river, particularly from Battersea Bridge.
The design of the new building takes its reference from Victorian riverside Wharf buildings and introduces a modern twist by the introduction of large areas of glass and metal balconies which define the corners of the massing and provide valuable external space for the apartments.
Lower floors are divided into two apartments, whilst upper levels have a single unit, and all units have a large balcony.
