Stockley Park is a 18,000m™ Data Centre built as the first of a new phase at Stockley Park. A data centre is designed to house IT-equipment demanding high levels of power, cooling and security. The nature of servicing and equipment in data centres requires buildings with significant floor to floor heights and with structural load requirements up to twice that of traditional office buildings.
A high quality black ceramic granite rain screen has been employed for its high reflective quality to merge with the sky and the building’s landscaped surroundings thus minimizing its bulk.
10% of the energy demand is satisfied by on site electricity production via a CCP plant.
