Brooklands

The five buildings are conceived as a family with a consistent approach to the use of materials and detailing.

The buildings’ layout and landscaping were determined by the historic infrastructure of the Brooklands race track. Car parking is therefore arranged within the old finishing straight. The buildings also overlook an informally landscaped area leading down to the River Way.

Site conditions were extreme, including flooding, contamination and ordnance.
