Tim joined Hamiltons in August 2006 as an Associate to assist with the programming, team financing, resourcing and general technical back up for a number of large scale projects. He studied architecture at Leicester University, Polytechnic of Central London and Essex University. He has been working in London since 1980 with periods in both Hong Kong and Dubai.
Prior to joining Hamiltons Tim was at Arup for six years and before that 12 years at Sir Terry Farrell. His involvement in projects includes, London residential and office refurbishments; National Theatre for Bahrain; Commercial offices in Kuwait; Military Sea Arm Base in Qatar; London Museum of Moving Image; London air rights offices over Charing Cross station; London bespoke government offices at Vauxhall Cross; new railway station with masterplan for Kowloon, Hong Kong; Dubai library and cultural centre; Do Rossio railway station and Barreiro ferry buildings in Lisbon, Portugal; Public Enquiry for new cement works in Medway Valley, Kent and the new international railway stations for the high speed Channel Tunnel Rail Link at St Pancras, Stratford and Ebbsfleet.
Tim’s role at Hamiltons began as both project and team programming and financing ensuring resources are correctly allocated, monitored, forecasted and acquired. He is also responsible for the team’s technical output and is currently involved in the production of a set of team guidelines and standards to assist in the consistency and accuracy of project production information.
Tim is currently working on a high-end residential project which is on site and he leads the Compliance Monitoring Team for the client.
