Scott Grady

Scott graduated from the Bartlett School of Architecture in 2003.

His design work and writing in architectural theory has been exhibited at the RIBA on two occasions and since graduating, he has worked on several architectural competitions in Europe, one of which has been published and exhibited in Norway.

He began his working career in Hampshire with a major feasibility study for a new hospital in Portsmouth and a new science and teaching block for Churchfields Upper School in Swindon.

Since joining Hamiltons he has worked on a number of residential developments including Waterfront Park; a 220 apartment development in Fleet, Hampshire and 25-27 St George Street, a high quality, mixed-use office and residential development in the heart of Mayfair, completed in 2006.

Most recently he has worked on Driscoll House; a Grade II listed building conversion in the heart of Southwark. Currently a hotel, Driscoll House is to be converted into 61 apartments and incorporates a dynamic new extension on its Eastern side, overlooking the public garden.

He is currently working on Phase 2 of Indescon Court, a mixed use development in the Isle of Dogs, comprising 600 apartments, retail, leisure space and serviced apartments.

Scott was promoted to Associate in 2006.
