Jonathan Sarfaty

Jonathan graduated with first class honours from RMIT University in Melbourne, where he joined Edmund and Corrigan, working on the new RMIT Faculty of the Built Environment building. After a period in private practice, including building a large-scale private residence in rural Australia, he travelled to Hong Kong to work for Brennan Beer Gorman, on hospitality and large-scale mixed-use projects, including the Wing On development on Nathan Road, the Plaza Hollywood retail Mall in Diamond Hill, and the renovation of a number of luxury hotels in the region.

Joining LPT (now Aedas) in 1997 he worked as an Associate, leading teams on the design of the West Rail extension, including the Lai King MTRC / KCRC Interchange Station, and on residential and retail projects for clients including Henderson and Kongkong Land in both Hong Kong and Singapore. Jonathan moved to the UK in 2000 working with Michael Aukett Architects where he was responsible for the delivery of a large retail and residential project in London. As a director of mixed-use projects he led teams on a number of major retail and residential driven regeneration projects for UK and Central London sites, including town centre schemes for Maidstone and Sunderland.
