Patrick studied at Portsmouth and Birmingham Schools of Architecture and Oklahoma University before finishing at Unversity College London.

Patrick was a Senior Associate at Colman Architects in London for 11 years working on retail, leisure, office, residential and mixed-use schemes, some of which he also Project Managed. Many of the schemes on which he worked won notable design awards.

The two years prior to joining Hamiltons, he was a Senior Associate at ESA – Architecture Design in London. Here Patrick was responsible for schemes including business parks, shopping centres, mixed use developments, office and residential.

Patrick joined Hamiltons as an Associate in 2008 and is a member of BCSC – British Council for Shopping Centres. He is currently working a number of projects in London including a large residential and hotel tower and two large scale, high spec residential developments and is expanding his portfolio into other sectors.
