Colin joined Hamiltons straight form university nearly ten years ago. He began working in the commercial office sector for clients such as Perpetual in Henley, Xerox in Uxbridge and MEPC also in Uxbridge. Since 1999 he has worked on residential projects, mainly for house builders such as Berkeley Homes, Galliard Homes and Oracle Homes.
He was Project Architect for the award winning Brewery Square development of 204 apartments in Clerkenwell, and the adjacent social housing scheme. Since finishing Brewery Square Colin has worked on a challenging housing scheme in Harrow for Berkeley Homes. Honeypot Lane is a high density residential development in the heart of suburbia, located on one of the most constrained sites Berkeley’s have ever developed.
Colin was made an associate in 2005 and has added two large projects in the Isle of Dogs to his portfolio. The first phase of Indescon Court includes 365 flats and retail at ground floor and is currently at tender stage. The second phase is at planning stage and is a 575 unit scheme, with a 100 bed hotel and other uses at the lower levels, rising to 30 storeys.
