David Lawrence is passionate about regeneration and rejuvenating inner city land. “I love to see fresh ideas being injected into tired areas, and new communities and life being created.” He cites Wembley, Greengates, Salford and Hammersmith as examples of brownfield land being used effectively, with exciting projects coming from demanding briefs. “Greenfield development should always be a last resort” he says.
David Lawrence studied architecture at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne before moving to London where he worked on a wide range of commercial projects for developers and owner occupiers.
Since joining, David has delivered a diverse range of buildings including offices in Windsor, Frimley, Hammersmith and the City of London, and also apartments at Chelsea Wharf and Slough.
